1/3 c. oatmeal
1 tbsp. apple juice concentrate
Raisins to taste
Cinnamon to taste
Vanilla to taste
Evaporated and/or regular milk as directed on package
Night before soak ingredients listed overnight in half of the milk, enough to cover mixture by 1/2 inch in a covered container in the refrigerator.
In A.M., add milk. No cooking! No morning rush! For a variety try other juices and berries or yogurt and dry cereal. Lowfat, high fiber, low sodium, low sugar, low cholesterol, high protein.
